Delivery Policy & Free Shipping
Ordered merchandise will be shipped from the warehouse within seven days of payment. After leaving the warehouse, the merchandise will arrive at the delivery location within seven business days if the address is in continental United States.
All shipments will be made via ground shipping unless noted otherwise. Free shipping applies to shopping carts totaling $49 or over. For orders less than $49, there will be a $18.99 shipping fee. Free shipping policy is valid for only shipments within continental United States, some restrictions may apply. For orders to locations outside the continental United States, please contact our store before placing the order.
Return Policy
After receiving the merchandise, the customer has 30 days to return it. Faulty / damaged products are eligible for a full refund. For the return of non-faulty / non-damaged products (buyer’s remorse), there will be a deduction of the shipping costs (to and from the customer) that will be applied to the refund amount, as well as a 15% restocking fee.
Return Procedures
- Contact Lighting Paradise (do not send back products without receiving approval from Lighting Paradise)
- Submit the required information pertaining to the merchandise you would like to return (may include sending photos of the product).
- Once return is approved by Lighting Paradise, the customer will be provided a return shipping label.
- Pack and ship the product with its original packaging, without any missing pieces.
- Once the returned merchandise arrives at Lighting Paradise or the manufacturer, it will be subject to inspection.
Refund Policy
If the returned merchandise passes inspection, the refund will be approved and sent to the client within seven days.
Custom built, made to order and final sale items are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Merchandise that has not left the Lighting Paradise or the manufacturer warehouse can be cancelled.
Orders for Merchandise that’s in backorder can be cancelled as long as a reservation was not made with the manufacturer and the merchandise is not shipped yet.
