Crystal Chandeliers

From traditional styles to modern ones, crystal chandeliers are true taste of elegance. A crystal chandelier can be used in many locations in your home, but the most common area where they are used is the dining room and the foyer. The best known crystal type for a chandelier is the Swarovski crystal. A Swarovski crystal contains at least 30% of lead oxide to offer the high sparkle and color refraction. Other types of crystals are; hand-cut, hand-polished, full lead crystal, and Italian crystal.

Murano Chandelier

Murano chandelier are made in Italy and they are made of blown glass by hand in Venice Italy. A Murano Chandelier can be made in any color or color combination a customer desires, from ruby red to powder blue. Custom sizes are also available. Wrought Iron Chandeliers

This type of chandelier has a skeleton of wrought iron metal and may also have fabric shades over the candle bulbs. Most of the times these kind of chandeliers are considered to be traditional and mostly Mediterranean style. If your home has a unique décor with dark bronze finishes or iron scroll in your stair case a wrought iron chandelier would be ideal for your foyer. Some of these fixtures can also be dressed with French crystals or otherwise known pendalogue crystals.
