Errors on Our Site Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Lighting Paradise reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lighting Paradise will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Lighting Paradise's Return Policy. Pricing Policy Online prices and selection generally match those in our stores, but may vary. Prices and offers are subject to change.
Sales Tax Policy Because Lighting Paradise does business throughout the United States and collects and remits sales tax as required by law, the Lighting Paradise Web site also collects and remits sales tax as appropriate. Paying for Your Order You may pay for your orders with major credit cards. Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® Card. Generally, credit and debit card are not charged until we either ship the item(s) to you or confirm store availability (at which time you will be charged only for the goods we have actually shipped along with any appropriate taxes or shipping charges). However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information. If you ordered a special delivery item, you will be charged once a delivery time is confirmed.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Lighting Paradise Web site reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Return Policy All sales made through the Lighting Paradise Web site are subject to Lighting Paradise's return policy. Order Limitations We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order. Order Limitations/Limited Quantities Lighting Paradise may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Lighting Paradise also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same Lighting Paradise Web site account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. Lighting Paradise reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.
Shipping and Processing Charges – FedEx Ground
Most of our orders ship via FedEx or UPS ground, but some orders may be shipped by other major carriers due to package size, destination or other factors. Shipping and processing charges for all items are based on the item and the delivery destination.
Freight Delivery Information
Some heavy items will be shipped by Basic Freight Delivery. Basic Freight is a dependable and economical way to deliver your boxed purchase to your door within 10 to 15 working days. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday, daytime hours only. A freight company representative will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment. Extra charges may apply to remote areas and for complicated deliveries.
Overnight or 2nd, 3rd Day Express Delivery

Delivery to Post Office Boxes:
We're sorry, but at this time we are unable to ship to any PO Box address.
Orders Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.
We require a $200 U.S. funds minimum order on all international orders. All International orders must be paid by wire transfer with the exception of; Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, FPO and APO addresses.
Please note that all sales on international orders are final.
To place an international shipping order, you may place your order online and we will contact you via e-mail with a shipping quote.
To contact us directly, please e-mail us at sales@lightingparadise.com When e-mailing us, include your name, shipping address, daytime phone number and the items you would like quoted. A Lighting Paradise customer service representative will reply via e-mail with a quote.
After you place your order and approve any related shipping quote charges, you will be contacted by Customer Service via e-mail with the details on how to arrange payment to our bank. Please note that we are not responsible for any wire transfer fees or related charges.
Shipping charges for deliveries outside of the continental U.S. will be quoted via e-mail within 2 business days of your order or request. Please note that any free shipping offers apply only to shipments made to the 48 continental US states.
Shipping quotes do not include customs charges, duties, dock fees, brokerage fees or any other internationally related charges.
Termination of Use Lighting Paradise may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the Lighting Paradise Web site at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. Lighting Paradise reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of the Lighting Paradise Web site at any time without prior notice.
Important note: Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by the shipper or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Additional Information about Our Site

Special Orders
We do our best to keep good inventory levels of the products we carry. However, you may want to place an order for a product that we don’t carry in inventory. These orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable. There are no refunds, charge-backs or challenges for purchases of special order products made with your credit card. We make every effort to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order, but since these products are coming directly from the manufacturer they cannot be 'returned to stock' if you change your mind.
If you are buying goods that are special ordered, the seller of the goods or services may request that you provide a mailing address that we have confirmed as matching the billing address in the credit card system. You do not have to provide this information. If you do not provide the information, however, the manufacturer may choose not to accept your payment and not to complete the transaction. We work with manufacturers to enable them to accept payments from you, including direct credit card payments. Merchants who use this service will share personally identifiable information you provide to them in order to validate the information and assess the risks of your payment. Return Policy
Online Return Policy You may return merchandise purchased at our web Site if it meets the guidelines below. Guidelines You may return merchandise to our store. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below. We do not offer merchandise exchanges. 30-Day Return Period Thirty days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available (see exceptions below). Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, please see details below. Restocking Fee A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all orders. Special order products are non-refundable. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law. Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition). Damaged or Defective Items If you return a damaged or defective item by mail or to our store, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item in the store or online.
